The Center was birthed in January of 1999 because of a clear call from the Lord Jesus Christ to create such an entity. There are certain biblical issues that need to be kept in front of the Church at all times so that the church can be all that Christ died to make her. In the last ten years the Lord has raised up other concerns which He wishes to keep before the Church.

Ministry Premises
Revival is all about the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Church of Jesus Christ is in need of revival.
The purpose of a revived Church is that God be worshipped for who He is and loved for what He has done, so that the Gospel goes to the nations.
A local church is only as healthy as its pastoral leaders.
Pastor-led revival is preferable to lay-led revival because historically its impact has lasted longer.
We will work primarily with seminaries and bible schools, pastors, church leaders, denominations and networks.
The challenge can best be accomplished by concerted synergistic action among revival networks and individuals with a like burden and call.

Core Values
Qualified revived pastoral leadership is critical to the health of the church locally and globally.
The great commandment and the great commission will be fulfilled most effectively through a revived, empowered church. True revival always leads the church to move outside of its walls, thereby fulfilling the great commandment and the great commission.
Cooperation among revival ministries and individuals with a like burden and call will maximize human and financial resources.
Racial and sectarian cooperation is essential to demonstrate biblical unity to an unbelieving world, to obey Christ's command, and to raise up new revival leaders.
